CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled based on availability. Full service fees may still apply. Due to the nature of aesthetic services and skincare products, all service sales are final. Opened or used products are non-refundable. If you experience a reaction to a product, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
